The Attack on Kayne is just the Beginning.
So as I’ve said it time and time again, the censorship, physical attacks and hysteria is only going to get worse. The attack on Kayne is something of which I’ve never in my life. The man hasn’t done anything to justify such vitriol other than his support of the president. Let me say this again, all he has done is voiced support for the president of the United States. Let that sink in.
Now personally, I’m not going to throw my entire weight behind Kayne because, well, he’s Kayne. You have to remember this is the same individual who said, “George Bush doesn’t care about black people”. Kayne moves to beat of his own drum which is admirable but also dangerous in the game of politics and optics. I think it’s extremely crucial that Republicans/Conservatives make a distinction of supporting Kayne’s right to think freely vs Kayne being a Conservative/Republican. One is a death wish and the other is strategically sound principle that any red-blooded American can get behind and support.
Whether it’s Facebook purging hundreds of pages off of their site to Twitter blocking people from their platform thanks to their ambiguous rules that they selectively enforce, the information war is only going to get worse.
